Job summary

TEKsystems Global Services is seeking an Engagement Manager in the Bracknell area to oversee multiple client engagements within the Practice Delivery team. You will manage project scope, deliverables, cross‑functional collaboration, and stakeholder communications to ensure customer value.

The role requires leadership, strong governance, and a focus on delivery assurance across engagements, with occasional travel to client sites in the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent.
• 10-15 years IT experience with delivery and agile awareness.
• Experience managing professional managed services.
• Greenfield development, Application modernization, Data modernization.
• Experience with Cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Agile, Project & Engagement Management experience; certifications (PMI, SAFe, PRINCE2) a plus.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner, GCP Cloud Digital Leader or Azure Fundamentals are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of the Engagement, SoW requirements and deliverables as defined by customer.
• Understand SoWs/MSAs and ensure engagement activities meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risk, scope, and deliverables.
• Manage revenue and control cost & profitability for engagements.
• Provide engagement delivery reporting via Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to onboard/off-board consultants and maintain delivery standards.
