Job summary

TEKsystems Global Services is seeking a Delivery Lead to manage multiple engagements, ensuring delivery assurance, customer expectations, and value realization. You will guide on/off boarding, reporting, and issue resolution while collaborating with Account Teams to maintain health checks and budgets.

The role requires strong people and process management, with experience in both traditional and agile methods, and may involve up to 50% travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in traditional and agile project management.
• Delivery team leadership experience.
• Experience with customer success or professional services.
• IT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand project vision/SoW and technical requirements with customer.
• Manage deliverables, scope and customer expectations.
• Coordinate with Account Team to manage risk and contracts.
• Maintain revenue trackers and consolidate project reporting.
• Coordinate change control and issue resolution.
• Keep SharePoint artifacts and GDP updated weekly.
• Support health checks and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Identify opportunities with Solutions and Sales for growth.
