Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with experience in employment law (contentious and advisory).
• Strong technical knowledge covering both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Experience handling employment tribunal claims.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advising employers on a broad range of employment law and HR-related matters.
• Managing employment tribunal cases and supporting clients through litigation
• Delivering practical and commercially focused employment law advice
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Assisting with business development initiatives and client training programmes
• Collaborating with colleagues across the firm’s national Employment team
• Supporting clients across sectors on strategic and day-to-day issues
