MBDA invites graduates to join the Electromagnetic Compatibility Engineer - Graduate Programme 2027. The role blends hands-on testing in state-of-the-art EMC facilities with consultancy work across MBDA projects. Starting September 2027, the two-year programme offers annual salary reviews, a company bonus, and generous benefits.

The role is hybrid with 2–3 days on-site in the UK, requiring British citizenship or dual nationality. A BPSS check will be conducted after offer.

Qualifications

• Degree in EMC / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Physics, minimum 2:2.
• Two-year graduate programme with hands-on testing and consultancy exposure.
• Opportunity to work across MBDA EMC facility and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Support EMC testing in MBDA facilities (anechoic/reverberation chambers).
• Collaborate with test and project EMC engineers on active projects.
• Travel to support EMC activities at external sites as needed.
