Job summary

Arbor Education in Leeds is seeking a Digital Onboarding Specialist to support schools moving to Arbor's MIS. You will manage onboarding projects, oversee data migrations, and act as the main contact during onboarding, ensuring a smooth start.

This hybrid role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and a proactive approach; travel to client sites is expected. Fixed-term until March 2027, with 29k starting salary and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, customer support, or administration is preferred.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with others and demonstrate a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for others.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Adequate understanding of data interpretation to cater to specific school needs.
• Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Problem-solving orientation with a focus on delivering effective results.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding projects for schools transitioning to Arbor's services.
• Oversee data migration processes, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Create and maintain onboarding resources such as training materials and guides.
• Plan and lead meetings with internal teams and schools to align on goals and expectations.
• Address inquiries and provide support throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Identify potential risks and manage project changes as necessary.
• Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for schools regarding Arbor’s offerings.
• Collaborate closely with the Implementation team to achieve overall project success.
• Utilise various software tools for data cleansing and generating reports.
