Job summary

Arbor Education in Leeds is seeking a Digital Onboarding Specialist to support schools moving to Arbor's MIS. You will manage onboarding projects, oversee data migrations, and act as the main contact during onboarding, ensuring a smooth start.

This hybrid role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and a proactive approach; travel to client sites is expected. Fixed-term until March 2027, with 29k starting salary and a supportive benefits package.

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and customer-oriented Digital Onboarding Specialist to join our Implementation team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for schools transitioning to our systems. This involves overseeing the implementation process, managing data migrations, and acting as a key contact for schools during their onboarding journey. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, this role is perfect for you.
