Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or experience in litigation support / legal industry.
• 2-3 years' experience as a Project Manager.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English; a secondary European language desirable.

Responsibilities

• Providing end-to-end oversight of discovery matters and serving as primary client contact.
• Managing projects of local and global clients and developing schedules.
• Defining activities, sequence, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Monitoring quality standards on all deliverables and client communications.
• Forecasting, tracking and managing project budgets and invoices.
• Leading and mentoring project teams across functions.
