Job summary

Origin Environmental is seeking an Assistant Ecological Consultant to support delivery of ecological surveys, data collection and reporting. You will contribute to small- to medium-scale projects, helping to produce clear technical outputs and maintain high standards of scientific rigour.

Joining Keystone lineage within Origin, you will work in a collaborative team with flexible hybrid working, receive training and mentoring, and develop your field and report writing skills while prioritising

Qualifications

• Experience with survey design and delivery of habitat/site surveys.
• Experience with ecological assessments and reporting.
• Ability to produce clear, concise written communications.
• Familiarity with project management processes and systems.
• Commitment to health and safety and professional practice.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of small- to medium-scale ecological projects.
• Input to technical reports for ecological projects.
• Manage tasks to budget and programme to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support ecological surveys and data collection.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality assurance and professional practice.
