Job summary

Origin Environmental is seeking a Consultant Ecologist to join our expanding environmental team across the UK. You will manage projects, liaise with clients and deliver high quality ecological work from surveys to mitigation design.

The role requires a relevant degree, CIEEM membership, and at least three years in practice, with strong communication, teamwork and report writing skills. A full UK driving licence is essential, and hybrid working is supported.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree and professional accreditation (CIEEM)

Responsibilities

• Managing own projects (including fee proposals and client liaison) and assisting with the management of other projects
• Planning, coordinating and undertaking habitat and protected species surveys
• Producing technical reports
• Designing ecological mitigation schemes
