Job summary

TLT LLP is seeking a Paralegal for the Document Review and Collation team, based in Bristol or Manchester on a hybrid basis. The role involves DSAR handling, redaction under data protection laws, and using Relativity for e-disclosure tasks.

You will support senior reviewers, manage instructions from fee earners, and help deliver high-quality legal services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with DSARs or data protection matters.
• Knowledge of data protection exemptions and redaction.
• Familiarity with document review platforms (Relativity) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Undertake first-level DSAR reviews with accuracy and speed.
• Support lead reviewers with scoping and daily reviews.
• Analyze DSAR instructions and take detailed notes from fee earners.
• Use Relativity for document reviews and e-disclosures.
• Communicate with client teams and document instructions throughout the matter lifecycle.
• Report on progress and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
• Work collaboratively while managing own workload independently.
