Accuflex is seeking a Data Privacy Paralegal with hands-on DSAR experience to join the privacy team of a large UK organisation on an initial two-month assignment in Greater London. This hands-on role focuses on DSAR handling, document review, redaction, and incident response.

The position is hybrid, with 2 days per week in the office, 40 hours per week, starting at the beginning of October 2026. You will work with the privacy team and the Office of the DPO to ensure requests and incidents are

Qualifications

• Hands-on DSAR data subject rights experience.
• Experience reviewing and redacting personal or confidential information.
• Experience in data privacy paralegal/analyst role.
• Knowledge of UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
• Strong organisation and deadline management.
• Attention to detail and handling sensitive information.
• Experience supporting breach investigations or high-volume DSARs is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage DSARs and rights requests through all stages.
• Review documents for disclosure and apply redactions.
• Support high-volume DSAR review exercises with external providers.
• Track requests to meet statutory and internal deadlines.
• Assist with personal data breach incidents: fact-finding and reporting.
• Support day-to-day privacy team operations and DPO inbox.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders for information for privacy matters.
• Maintain records and support privacy process improvements.
