Premium Credit, the UK and Ireland's leading provider of insurance premium finance, is hiring a Direct Sales Executive to join its Specialist Lending team. The role is predominantly home-based with London office attendance once every two weeks, offering a hybrid working pattern and a competitive incentive plan.

You will speak with new and existing customers, identify opportunities, and guide conversations toward solutions that fit their needs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in outbound telephone sales is required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid home/office setup.
• Strong organization to manage competing priorities.

• Make proactive outbound calls to targeted new and existing customers.
• Identify sales and renewal opportunities and confidently progress them.
• Listen to customers, understand their needs and provide clear information about relevant products.
• Turn positive customer conversations into commercial opportunities.
• Take ownership of customer actions and follow them through quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues across Premium Credit.
