Job summary

Spectrum.Life in Belfast is seeking a Digital Therapist for a part-time hybrid role combining remote work with onsite sessions. The role supports employees and students with mild to moderate mental health needs, delivering psychoeducation and goal-focused therapy.

The position requires a Counselling or Psychotherapy qualification with 450 supervised hours, and accredited professional membership. Flexibility for afternoons/evenings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Counselling or Psychotherapy with 450 supervised hours.
• Accredited membership with a recognised professional body (BACP, BPS, BABCP, NCPS, etc.).
• Experience with CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR is desirable.
• Experience with clients aged 16+ and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide goal-focused therapeutic support to individuals contacting the service.
• Triage assessments to determine best pathway.
• Assess clients’ needs and provide immediate telephone crisis interventions.
• Record therapeutic activity and outcomes.
• Liaise with other professionals and contribute to service development.
• Attend team meetings and adhere to service policies.
