Job summary

Spring Health is seeking qualified, part-time internationally licensed psychotherapists in the United Kingdom to join our provider network. This hybrid role combines remote care with occasional in-person availability for Workington members, requiring UK licensure and a minimum of three years of independent clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in the United Kingdom with active liability insurance.
• Minimum 3 years independent clinical experience.
• Experience treating children as young as age 10 is preferred.
• Comfortable with tele-health and English onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to clients with short-term to long-term sessions via a hybrid model.
• Treat adults and, if possible, children/adolescents; maintain session notes.
• Use CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT or CPT as appropriate.
• Coordinate with support teams and ensure timely documentation.
• Provide culturally competent care and engage in ongoing quality improvement.
