Responsibilities

• Networking with digital marketing professionals and building your sector knowledge.
• Interviewing candidates to understand what they want from their next role.
• Identifying, attracting, and engaging with talent across the digital marketing market.
• Selling recruitment solutions and services to clients.
• Providing advice on the current market, CV writing, and interview techniques.
• Being part of the team, motivating one another and communicating effectively.
