Job summary

Gold Group in Croydon is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to support daily online marketing activities across multiple channels. You will gain hands-on experience with GA4, paid media, SEO and affiliates while coordinating campaigns and reporting performance.

The role offers hybrid working two days per week in the office, a salary of £35,000–£40,000, and benefits including pension, cycle-to-work and career progression.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in a digital marketing role.
• Experience across one or more digital channels (paid media, SEO, social, affiliates).
• Strong organisation and attention to detail; good communication with internal teams and external agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the online marketing activities.
• Work across a broad mix of channels, collaborating with internal teams, agencies and other external partners.
• This is a hands-on role where you'll help keep campaigns coordinated, content optimised and performance tracked.
• Monitor affiliate programme activity, updating the booking system to maintain accurate tracking and commission records.
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports drawing on GA4, paid media platforms and affiliate networks.
• Support the ongoing optimisation of the website and search visibility, developing practical experience across SEO.
• Monitor comments and messages across our paid and organic social channels including Meta and YouTube.
