Ambitions Travel Recruitment is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive in Croydon to manage day‑to‑day online campaigns across paid media, affiliates, SEO and social channels. The role emphasizes data‑driven reporting and cross‑functional collaboration with agencies and internal teams.

You will coordinate briefs, develop content plans, monitor performance in GA4, and support the affiliate programme while embracing a travel‑savvy mindset and hybrid working.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in a digital marketing role.
• Experience across paid media, SEO, social or affiliates.
• Familiarity with GA4 and presenting performance data.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campaign asset briefs to the digital agency for paid social and PPC activity.
• Help design content plans for paid media, briefing the studio team.
• Relay agency briefs to internal copy and web teams, with deadlines.
• Upload video content to YouTube for paid ads.
• Maintain records of briefs, assets and sign-offs.
• Monitor affiliate programme activity and monthly transactions.
• Manage affiliate partner communications and onboarding of new partners.
• Compile weekly/monthly performance reports using GA4 and platforms.
• Support metadata optimisation in the CMS.
