Job summary

Strawberry Hill House & Garden is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing and Communications Manager to lead digitally driven campaigns that grow audiences and visitation. You will promote the cultural programme, create compelling content across channels, and support fundraising and audience development.

The role is 0.6 FTE with a hybrid pattern between home and the Twickenham site, ideally two on-site days weekly. Applications close Nov 2, with interviews soon after.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge incl. paid social, email, SEO and campaign optimisation.
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading with clear promotional messages.
• Experience maintaining website content and online booking or ticketing information.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual marketing and communications plan and campaign calendar.
• Deliver integrated campaigns for the cultural programme and visitor experiences.
• Use audience data to grow audiences and inform campaigns.
• Plan and optimise paid digital campaigns with clear objectives and budgets.
• Manage promotional activity across digital channels.
• Create and coordinate social-media content.
• Develop email campaigns and newsletters with segmentation and data practices.
• Apply SEO and listings to improve visibility and conversions.
• Coordinate external communications and media relations support.
• Maintain contacts for press, listings, tourism, and community.
• Support donor acknowledgements and fundraising communications.
• Maintain website and ticketing information including booking links.
• Manage website administration and content for exhibitions and events.
