Job summary

Konker in Blackburn is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to own diverse marketing activities across SEO, content, CRM and website management. You will develop and execute strategies, manage product updates and landing pages, and drive engagement through targeted email campaigns and analytics.

The role offers hybrid working, autonomy, and opportunities to influence growth in a design-led business serving the home and interiors sector.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a broad digital marketing role, in-house or agency
• Solid understanding of SEO and content marketing
• Experience with email marketing, CRM systems and marketing automation is useful
• Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail
• Experience in eCommerce/D2C is beneficial
• Familiarity with platforms such as WordPress and GA4

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver SEO and content strategies including keyword research, on-page optimisation, blogs and landing pages
• Manage website content, product updates and landing pages to improve user experience and conversions
• Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns, customer segmentation and automated CRM journeys
• Produce engaging copy across website, email and broader marketing communications
• Monitor marketing performance, analyse results and identify opportunities to improve traffic, engagement and lead generation
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve marketing performance and support growth
