Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Digital Designer in Brighton to craft engaging digital content across email, web, and digital channels within the Marketing and Digital Team. The role is permanent, full-time, hybrid (2 days in the office) and 35 hours per week, with a salary of £32,000–£36,000 depending on experience.

You will create assets for email, landing pages, banners and social media, collaborating with stakeholders to drive customer engagement and brand growth while upholding accessibility and brand

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent experience in a design discipline.
• Substantial digital design experience in-house or agency.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience creating assets for email, web landing pages and banners.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality digital content across email marketing, website landing pages, digital banners and social media channels.
• Support creative campaigns and BAU content to drive engagement, growth and retention.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide input.
• Use insights and analytics to inform design decisions and improve performance.
• Champion UX/UI design and accessibility best practices.
• Maintain brand standards and regulatory alignment for all content.
• Research new technologies and trends to bring fresh thinking to the team.
• Assist onboarding and share knowledge with new team members.
