Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create messaging tailored to user profiles and journeys at each stage.

• Oversee offsite and onsite editorial for consistency across platforms.
• Develop and optimise email content strategies with the CRM team.
• Refine content within user journeys with product teams for clarity.
• Test content with users and iterate based on feedback.
• Experiment with new content formats to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with performance marketing for PPC copy that converts.
• Ensure all content is SEO-optimised with the SEO team.
• Conduct audience research and build detailed user profiles.
