Job summary

Sky News is seeking a Junior Digital Project Manager to support the digital production team in delivering best-in-class creative across Display, Social, OLV and PPC for Sky products in the UK and ROI.

You will work with Design, Copy, Development and QA to coordinate the production process, manage briefs, track progress and keep projects on schedule in a collaborative hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a creative agency or digital production environment.
• Knowledge of digital formats and production processes.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with Google DoubleClick or Innovid is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support Digital Producers with delivery of larger and more complex digital projects.
• Independently manage smaller digital projects from brief to delivery.
• Work across Social, OLV, Digital Display and PPC.
• Set up and maintain projects in the workflow tool.
• Review and write briefs for studios and production teams.
• Coordinate meetings and capture actions.
• Manage creative through design, build, review and approvals.
• Maintain team documentation and trackers.
• Present work to stakeholders and manage amends.
• Escalate risks or delays to the Producer.
