Job summary

Sky UK Limited is hiring a Junior Digital Project Manager to support the digital production team in delivering creative across Display, Social, OLV and PPC. You will assist Producers on larger campaigns and independently manage smaller projects, coordinating with Design, Copy, Development and QA to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates are highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a creative agency or digital production environment.
• Strong understanding of digital production processes and formats.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Digital Producers with delivery of larger and more complex digital projects and campaigns.
• Independently manage smaller digital projects from brief to final delivery, liaising with marketing stakeholders.
• Work across Social, OLV, Digital Display and PPC deliverables.
• Set up and maintain projects in the workflow tool with accurate briefs and timing.
• Write clear briefs for internal studios and production teams.
• Coordinate meetings and follow up on actions and decisions.
• Manage creative through design, build, review and approval stages to stay on schedule.
• Maintain project documentation and delivery trackers.
• Present work to stakeholders and consolidate feedback for amends.
