Job summary

L’Oréal UK is seeking a Demand Planning professional to join our team and drive sales forecasting accuracy for multiple brands. You will report to the Demand Planning Lead and partner with Brand Teams and Mancom to align forecasts with trends, building robust demand plans using Excel, SAP and FuturMaster.

You’ll lead the monthly sign-off process with senior management, manage communications with S&OP and UK supply planning teams, and contribute to KPI improvements and process optimization across

Qualifications

• Stakeholder management skills with ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Review and improve processes and share best practices with the team.
• 2+ years in demand planning or product planning; knowledge of building blocks of forecasts.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels and clear messaging.
• Ability to coordinate planning topics with Mancom and brand teams.
• Excellent Excel skills; FuturMaster and SAP are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Brand Teams and Mancom to align forecasts with business trends.
• Build robust demand plans using Excel, SAP, and FuturMaster.
• Lead the sales forecast process for brands and consolidate forecasts for sign-off.
• Challen ge and consolidate promotional forecasts with Sales/Marketing teams.
• Present the forecast to senior management and highlight risks/opportunities.
• Manage monthly/weekly communication with S&OP and UK supply planning teams.
• Drive KPI improvements and optimize planning processes.
• Contribute to catalog management and support supply planning with the brand.
