The Co-op is seeking a Data Services Specialist to join our Data Management Team in Manchester. You’ll split time between home and the office with hybrid working, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality information to support operations.
You’ll serve as the data governance SME, drive data quality initiatives, resolve data issues across the business, and support the transition from legacy systems to SAP through audits and reviews in a controlled environment.

We're looking for a Data Services Specialist to join our Data Management Team, within our wider Co-op Business Services (CBS) organisation.
CBS is made up of a number of diverse teams dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable and cost-effective business services across our Co-op.
You'll play a key role in helping CBS to support and realise our group vision of 'co-operating to build more value for member-owners every day'. Why this job matters In this role, you'll provide support across the business to colleagues that process and manage data.
You'll make sure they have better visibility of data quality and find the cause of any issues, feeding this back to the data owners with a resolution.
You'll also support the transition between legacy systems and SAP, undertaking accurate data reviews and audits whilst working in a control focussed environment.
