Infinigate Group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive data governance and meaningful business change. You will join the AI and Data Team to shape governance practices, improve data quality and promote Purview adoption.

The role is permanent, hybrid from Fareham, London, Woking or South Cerney with 3 days in office and 2 work-from-home. You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to document requirements, create backlogs, and guide governance across data

Qualifications

• Experience in data governance and delivering meaningful business change.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate requirements to stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview and data governance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document requirements for data governance initiatives with stakeholders and data owners.
• Document current and future state processes, data flows and governance controls.
• Define and adopt data ownership, stewardship, data quality and metadata management processes.
• Support Purview capabilities such as data catalog, glossary, classifications and lineage.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and backlogs.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to align stakeholders and validate outcomes.
