Clear Business is seeking an experienced Data Engineering Manager to lead our Data Engineering function and shape the data strategy for the organisation. You will partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities with growth and ensure secure, scalable data platforms.

In this role you will provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership, building a high-performing team capable of delivering data-informed decisions across the business. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Data Engineering teams in complex environments.
• Expertise in enterprise-scale data platforms, pipelines and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Databricks and governance principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Data Engineering function to deliver business value.
• Own and deliver the Data Engineering roadmap aligned with objectives.
• Design and optimise scalable, secure data platforms and pipelines.
• Provide technical and people leadership, mentoring the team.
