Job summary

NRL is seeking an experienced Data Architect for a 6-month contract. This hybrid role is based in Scotland with onsite work in Glasgow, Perth, or Aberdeen, and requires designing scalable data architectures aligned with long-term strategies.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust data solutions, drive data integration, and ensure high quality data sharing across systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data architecture or data modelling, delivering scalable solutions.
• Strong understanding of data integration and data exchange in complex environments.
• Ability to think strategically, linking data decisions to business objectives.
• Confidence liaising with stakeholders and explaining complex concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret strategic plans and improve data flows, integration, and quality.
