Job summary

NatWest Group is seeking a Data & Analytics Transformation Programme Manager to lead strategic technology and change programmes across PBWM. You will drive delivery, align stakeholders and realise business value, with hybrid working patterns combining home and London office presence.

You will chair governance forums, shape objectives, and manage financial business cases while ensuring governance and risk controls across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires programme management qualification and experience delivering strategic transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering transformation programmes that support business strategy and growth.

Responsibilities

• Chair programme governance forums, working groups and Steering Committees, driving effective decision making and timely resolution of risks, issues and dependencies.
• Define objectives, structure and scope, and articulating the financial business case for the technology programme.
• Identify and manage governance and controls of the technology programme and ensure adherence to governance and risk frameworks.
• Deliver project outcomes and services from the technology programme's strategic objectives.
• Manage programme plans, controls and resource plans, and carry out progress reporting on plans and controls.
