Motability Operations is seeking a highly skilled data leader to drive the re-platforming and enhancement of our data assets. You will combine hands-on technical work with managing a multi-skilled data and quality engineering team delivering data solutions across critical programmes.

The role requires excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and the ability to transform the organisation into a data-led, value-driven entity. Hybrid working is available across UK sites.

Formación

• Proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong SQL and data querying skills with an emphasis on performance.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI and dashboards.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ELT/ETL, and data quality.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary data teams and manage stakeholders effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to inspire and motivate the data team while coaching technical staff.
• Drive the implementation of data analytics strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills across multiple tasks.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics engineering teams to standardise ways of working.
• Act as escalation point for deployments and production issues, including on-call rotations.
