Maxwell Bond is partnering with an innovative SaaS EdTech business in Warwickshire to recruit a Data Analyst. You will turn complex datasets into actionable insights that inform product strategy and operational decisions.

You’ll design Power BI dashboards, develop KPIs and monitor data quality, while building ETL pipelines with Python and Power Query to drive improvements.

This hybrid role offers career development as the company scales, with salary up to £40,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytics role.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• CRM data handling and pipelines experience.
• Commercial Python for data analysis and ETL processes.
• Strong Power BI and data visualization experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines using Python and Power Query.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in SaaS/EdTech or technology-focused environments is desirable.
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms.

Responsabilités

• Collect, analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, ensuring stakeholders have visibility of business performance.
• Build and optimise ETL processes using Python and Power Query.
• Identify trends, patterns and opportunities through detailed data analysis.
• Support data-driven initiatives across product development, customer engagement and operational performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and governance standards are maintained.
• Help drive continuous improvement in reporting, automation and data processes.
• Maintain compliance with GDPR and PII regulations when handling and processing data.
