Qualifikationen

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Azure.
• Experience with Logic Apps, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Developing and managing integrations with D365.
• Scripting and automation using C# and Python.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and business finance processes.
• Experience managing third-party providers and system support.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and optimise D365 Finance & Operations environments, configurations and customisations.
• Develop and manage system integrations, automation and connected applications.
• Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting and escalation support across D365 and associated systems.
• Deliver technical projects, implement new solutions and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
• Support incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and resolution of recurring issues.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across IT systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and third-party providers to deliver effective technical solutions.
