Job summary

Intec Select Ltd in London is seeking a Business Systems & Dynamics 365 Analyst to support, configure, and optimize D365 F&O across Operations and Supply Chain. You will gather requirements, document functional solutions, and work with stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensure smooth BAU operations.

The role is permanent and full‑time, based in London with a hybrid arrangement (two days onsite). Occasional international travel may be required; salary circa £70,000 plus package.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and familiarity with D365 SL or related modules.
• Good functional knowledge of D365 SCM/Operations and experience supporting D365 during implementations.
• Background in business analysis, application support, or ERP delivery, with requirements gathering and translation to functional outcomes.
• Experience with UAT and regression testing, Azure DevOps, and release lifecycle management.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on functional support for D365 F&O across Operations and Supply Chain.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map processes, identify pain points, and drive improvements.
• Support D365 configuration, workflows, security, user administration, and troubleshooting.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions with partners.
• Support integrations, batch processes, data interfaces, and data management.
• Plan and support UAT, regression, and validation testing with test scripts and sign-off.
• Assist with change, release, and environment management across the lifecycle.
• Use Azure DevOps to manage requirements, changes, defects, and delivery activities.
• Create documentation, user guides, and training materials for end users.
