Job summary

Synapri is seeking a D365 Systems Administrator to join their IT department on a permanent basis. You will maintain and optimise D365 Finance & Operations environments and related systems, ensuring reliability, security and performance.

Role involves system integrations, automation, and collaboration with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver robust solutions and continuous improvement. Hybrid in Kent/London border location.

Qualifications

• Expertise in D365 F&O and Azure with system integrations experience.
• Experience with scripting and automation using C# and Python.
• Knowledge of Fabric and financial processes within business systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise D365 Finance & Operations environments, configurations and customisations
• Develop and manage system integrations, automation and connected applications
• Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting and escalation support across D365 and related systems
• Deliver technical projects, implement new solutions and maintain system documentation
• Support incident and problem management, including root cause analysis
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across IT systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders and third-party providers to deliver effective technical solutions.
