Job summary

Leeds Women's Aid in Leeds is hiring a Cyber/Tech Stalking Training & Support Officer (Female) on a part-time basis (17.5 hours/week) for a fixed-term maternity cover. The role is Leeds-based with some travel in West Yorkshire and hybrid working options.

You will support Independent Stalking Advocates and frontline workers to counter online and tech-based abuse, deliver training, and help survivors understand and reclaim their tech. The post is open to women only under the Equality Act 2010.

Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of safeguarding and trauma-informed support.
• Ability to explain tech risks clearly to non-specialists.

Responsibilities

• Support frontline workers to respond to cyberstalking and tech-based abuse.
• Deliver training to professionals on digital risks and safety planning.
• Help survivors understand and reclaim their technology and build confidence in safety strategies.
