Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join the Cyber & Security Solutions Division on a 12 months fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role focuses on delivering, maintaining, and improving platform and systems engineering solutions that underpin critical defence, government and public sector services.

You will coordinate onboarding, monitor performance, manage escalations, and contribute to service reviews while working across teams in a blended hybrid model with

Qualifications

• Experience supporting delivery of business services in secure or complex environments.
• Understanding of ITIL, DDaT and governance frameworks.
• Ability to manage service issues and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with MS 365, AWS and business platforms such as Dynamics/Power Platform.
• Exposure to ITSM tools (JIRA, ServiceNow) and automation tooling.
• Awareness of agile delivery and DevOps principles.
• Industry certifications (ITIL, PRINCE2, AgilePM) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of business services, ensuring performance and compliance.
• Coordinate service onboarding and transitions with stakeholders.
• Monitor service performance and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Act as point of contact for service issues and escalations.
• Facilitate service reviews and contribute to improvement plans.
• Maintain service documentation, configurations and support materials.
• Contribute to service planning and roadmap development.
• Support cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
