Broadland Housing Association in Norwich is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to lead and develop the Customer Service Team, delivering a high-quality, resident-focused service.

The role is full-time with agile hybrid homeworking, based at Norwich. The starting salary is £36,255 per annum, with progression to £38,567, and you will line-manage the team, drive customer excellence and analyse performance data to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and developing a team in customer service.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Line Management of the Customer Service Team; leading, supporting and coaching to achieve an efficient customer focussed service
• Championing customer excellence and drive forward improvements in Customer Service and satisfaction.
• Collect and analyse performance information relating to customer service
• To work closely with other teams, internally and externally to ensure a seamless customer experience
