Forestry England is seeking a Customer Relations Assistant to join the national Customer Relations Team. The role supports event tickets, memberships and advance admission sales, delivering a high level of customer service with professional representation for Forestry England.

The post is part-time (22.5 hours per week) across three days, with regular weekend and holiday shifts and a rostered 7-day contract. The role is based in Thetford with blended working options where feasible.

Responsibilities

• The Customer Relations Assistant will be expected to deliver a high level of customer service and professional representation of Forestry England, in relation to event tickets, memberships, advance admission sales and other functions of the Customer Relations Team.
• Specific duties will include sales, administration and handling of customer enquiries.
