Job summary

GOAT Interactive, the online division of the Editec Group, is seeking a Customer Insight Analyst to drive data-led decisions across marketing, CRM, and product. You will focus on promotions and VIP player behavior to optimize revenue and customer experiences.

The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with Looker and BI tools. Hybrid London office presence is offered, with some remote work options.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer insight or analytical role, ideally within the online gambling, gaming, or e-commerce industry.
• Strong knowledge of promotional mechanics and how to measure their effectiveness.
• Understanding of VIP customer behavior and lifecycle in gambling or related industries.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools, ideally Looker.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the performance of customer promotions, including bonusing, free bets, cashback, and other incentive schemes.
• Evaluate VIP player activity, behaviors, retention trends, and potential high-value customers to support acquisition and retention strategies.
• Deliver actionable insights to marketing, CRM, and product teams to support data-led decision making.
• Own and deliver regular and ad hoc reporting on key customer KPIs, campaign performance, and player segmentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across marketing, product, VIP management, and finance.
