Bupa Global is seeking a Customer Engagement Advisor in Brighton to support members throughout their journey, including renewals, policy changes, and welcoming new customers. This role emphasizes building relationships, resolving issues, and delivering excellent service to retain members and support growth.

The position is permanent, full-time with hybrid working, and involves speaking with customers via phone or email to ensure a positive experience and effective problem solving.

Qualificações

• Proven sales/retentions experience is essential for this role.
• Excellent listening and questioning skills to ensure all member information is identified.
• Ability to advise and influence — listens and considers information leading to sound business decisions.
• Decision making ability.
• Self-motivated and target driven, with excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of different time zones and geographical awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Outreach to members via outbound calls, inbound calls, and emails to retain and renew memberships.
• Assess member needs using sales and negotiation skills, and adjust policies accordingly.
• Work towards targets and quality measures to deliver excellent member experiences.
• Own all member contacts and provide quotations or answer queries as needed.
• Identify and act on every opportunity to fully service the member.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information.
