Job summary

Hyperion Robotics in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Project Manager to own customer projects from sales handover through delivery, coordinating UK and Finland teams to meet timelines, budgets and quality targets.

The role requires strong organisation, proactive risk management, and excellent communication with customers and internal teams. You will drive process improvements and contribute to scalable project workflows in a growing, low-carbon construction tech company.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple customer-facing projects in engineering, manufacturing, construction or similar environments.
• Strong ability to use project tracking and reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets/Jira).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to adapt to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer projects from sales handover through delivery across the UK and Finland.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality and supply chain.
• Track milestones, budgets, risks, and changes; provide clear updates and decisions to customers and internal teams.
