Job summary

Hyperion Robotics is seeking a Customer Project Manager to own customer projects from sales handover through delivery. You will coordinate our UK and Finland teams to meet timelines, budgets, and quality expectations, acting as the main point of contact for customers.

The role blends client conversations, cross-functional coordination, and process improvement, with onboarding on-site for 3–4 days and occasional travel to Finland. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or coordinating multiple customer-facing projects in engineering, manufacturing, construction, technology, or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer projects across the UK and Finland.
• Coordinate a portfolio of approximately four to eight concurrent projects.
• Track milestones, budgets, risks and changes; manage delivery to plan.
• Establish monthly delivery reviews and report on performance.
• Improve project processes, templates and tools; share lessons learned.
• Support sales handover and ensure clear handoffs to delivery teams.
