Thirteen Group is seeking a Customer Comms and Marketing Specialist to join our busy team. You will cover customer communications and marketing across multiple channels, ensuring messaging aligns with Thirteen’s strategy and values.

The role is hybrid, with home working and at least one day a week in the Middlesbrough office. You should be flexible to work additional office days as required to meet team needs.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of delivering impactful communications that engage and build trust.
• Experience producing publications such as magazines and customer reports.
• Experience managing media relations and crisis communications.
• Experience raising a brand’s profile through strategic, high-quality communications.
