Qualifications

• Must reside in the UK currently and have recent UK-based credit control experience.
• Must meet all the ESSENTIAL criteria to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients to facilitate settlement of outstanding bills.
• Manage queries raised by clients to conclusion.
• Conduct regular meetings and calls with stakeholders.
• Maintain and record the debtor’s ledger daily.
• Check and issue monthly statements and reminder letters.
• Classify clients accurately within the management system.
• Prepare month-end tasks and deliver reports.
