Job summary

Live Recruitment is seeking a Creative Event Project Manager to own projects from signed brief through delivery, managing budgets, timelines, suppliers and client relationships within a dynamic agency environment. Interpret briefs into production plans, build and track budgets, create detailed timelines and lead internal teams and external suppliers to deliver standout experiences.

Candidates with agency-side event experience, from roles such as Producer or Senior PM, are encouraged to apply;

Qualifications

• Agency-side background in event production or experiential marketing.
• Ability to translate client briefs into production plans.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from signed brief through delivery; manage budgets, timelines, suppliers and client relationships.
• Interpret client briefs and translate into clear production plans.
• Build and manage budgets, maintaining financial tracking throughout.
• Create detailed timelines, schedules and critical-path documents.
• Lead and coordinate internal production teams and external suppliers.
• Manage client relationships and expectations across the project lifecycle.
• Brief and oversee AV, production and logistics suppliers.
• Run production meetings and create onsite documentation.
• Ensure all projects comply with health and safety requirements.
