ThePlaceToBe in Leeds is seeking an experienced events lead to plan and deliver brand experiences and live events for a global client portfolio.

You will manage briefs through on-site execution, work with clients and suppliers, and travel internationally when required.

• Strong project management and ability to handle complex events end-to-end.
• Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management.

ThePlaceToBe are partnering with a growing experiential agency, delivering unforgettable brand experiences and live events for an exciting portfolio of global clients.

About the role...

You'll lead the planning and delivery of brand experiences and live events, managing projects from initial brief through to on site execution. Working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams, you'll oversee timelines, budgets, logistics and venue sourcing, ensuring every project is delivered seamlessly. You'll also build strong client relationships, identify opportunities to grow accounts and travel globally to support event delivery when required.
