Simpson Judge is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ PQE to join its Birmingham team. The role offers hybrid and flexible working, a supportive environment, and opportunities to handle high-quality property matters.

You will work alongside senior fee earners, gaining hands-on experience in acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, refinancing, and lease matters while developing your technical and client-facing skills in a collaborative setting.

Formación

• 2+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property is required.
• Solid experience in commercial property transactions and related matters.
• Ability to manage own caseload with support when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Handle acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
• Manage landlord and tenant work and lease matters.
• Assist with refinancing and related negotiations.
• Contribute to client relationships and business development.
