Job summary

G2 Legal Limited in Glasgow is seeking a Corporate Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE to join a growing team handling high-value corporate matters.

You will work across M&A, investments, private equity and joint ventures while developing client relationships and your wider commercial skill set in a supportive, technology-enabled environment. This role offers exposure to international work, opportunities for progression, and hybrid/flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Be a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE.
• Gained solid corporate experience within a UK-based team.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
• Be commercially minded with practical, solutions-focused advice.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be ambitious, proactive and keen to develop their career within a leading corporate practice.
• Have a genuine interest in working on high-quality, complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Work on a broad range of corporate transactions, from M&A and investments through to joint ventures and private equity matters.
• Advise a diverse client base on complex and high-value transactions.
• Work closely with senior lawyers and take increasing responsibility for your own matters.
• Develop strong, long-term client relationships.
• Support business development and marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of more junior team members, including trainees.
• Benefit from ongoing training, development and access to legal technology.
