Job summary

AMS People Limited seeks an experienced corporate communications professional to shape and deliver a cohesive PR strategy that strengthens the company's reputation and supports its ambitions.

You will lead corporate communications to engage stakeholders, drive loyalty and ensure messaging aligns with business priorities, while building and guiding the in-house team and external agency partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate communications or PR at a level of significant influence in a larger company environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex messages into compelling narratives.
• Experience in media relations and corporate reputation management, including crisis communications.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with teams and managing external agency relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a communications plan aligned to business objectives, supporting the company's strategy and growth.
• Develop the in-house PR team and manage the external PR agency for maximum impact and consistent messaging.
• Build strong relationships with senior leadership, media and key stakeholders to raise the company's profile.
• Lead communications around key business developments, milestones and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee crisis communications, ensuring timely, clear and effective messaging to protect the company's reputation.
• Monitor media coverage and communications performance, identifying opportunities to strengthen engagement and recognition.
