Corporate Commercial Solicitor in Yorkshire is sought to provide strategic legal solutions to businesses. You will advise on corporate structuring, governance, and a wide range of commercial transactions, including drafting shareholder agreements, service contracts, and supplier arrangements.

Essentially, 3-5 years PQE with strong corporate, commercial, and negotiation skills, plus regulatory compliance experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, including M&A, contracts, and JV
• Experience with regulatory compliance and corporate governance

Responsibilities

• Advising on corporate structuring and governance, including incorporations and shareholder agreements.
• Drafting and negotiating diverse commercial contracts and service agreements.
• Leading mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance transactions.
• Structuring and negotiating joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
• Managing client relationships and providing commercially informed legal guidance.
